Technical Incident: Climatix IC authentication service is currently impaired
Resolved - At approximately 12:50 UTC on 09 October 2025, availability of resources recovered and by 16:00 UTC on 09 October 2025, latency decreased and we observed service health at normal levels.
The issue has been resolved by Microsoft. Tracking ID: QNBQ-5W8

Monitoring - Starting at 07:40 UTC on 09 October 2025 the Climatix IC authentication service is currently impaired because of an temporary issue with the dependent service Microsoft Azure FrontDoor.

Current Status: Azure customers using Azure Front Door should see consistent availability with slightly higher latencies decreasing as Microsoft continues to recover additional resources.

Update - Starting at 07:40 UTC on 09 October 2025 the Climatix IC authentication service is currently impaired because of an temporary issue with the dependent service Microsoft Azure FrontDoor.

Current Status: Microsoft support has successfully recovered 96% of impacted resources, teams are working on recovering the remaining 4% of impacted customers.
